Booking Terms & Conditions

Authentic-Tours-Marrakech.com is a website and trademark property of Infinite Morocco LLC, a fully licensed and bonded tour operator specialized in offering Morocco private tours, travel services, and tailor-made holidays in Morocco.

Any contract between you as a Client and us is subject to these terms and conditions. All reservations can be made by e-mail, phone, or fax. Bookings & requests submitted through our website using the “Booking Enquiry Form” page are not final until we have confirmed the availability of the tours from Marrakech at the indicated price.

I – Deposit and final payment

Payment in full is required only for bookings made 3 weeks or less before the start of your trip. Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal using most of the credit/debit cards, PayPal account, or credit/debit card authorization form. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros, or Pounds). Credit/Debits cards (Visa & MasterCard) are accepted locally in our office or by authorization form. All the bookings are guaranteed after we receive the deposit receipt.

II – Child policy

  • Children aged 2-5 years are free of charge
  • Children aged 6-11 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents) maximum 1 child per family. 12+ years pay as an adult person.

III – Passport, visa and health requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the requirements to be permitted to enter Morocco, including passport, visa, and health requirements. All travelers to Morocco must hold a passport with 6 months validity beyond the date of return from Morocco. Our Company cannot be held responsible for missed tours caused by the failure to meet these requirements.

IV – Cancellation

Any cancellation of a booking after an invoice has been raised must be sent in writing to our company by e-mail to info@authentic-tours-marrakech.com Cancellation by the client entails payment of different amounts depending on the date of cancellation.

  1. Less than 6 weeks: 20% of the total invoice
  2. Less than 4 weeks: 30% of the total invoice
  3. Less than 2 weeks: 50% of the total invoice
  4. Less than 1 week: 80% of the total invoice
  5. Less than 4 days: 100% of the total invoice

If the balance of the tour or excursion has not been paid and the reservation is subsequently canceled within the 6 weeks period prior to departure, the client must pay the amount as set out in the above cancellation charges.

V – Amendments of the tours & excursions

We will make every effort to alter your arrangements but we cannot guarantee this will be possible all the time, especially in high season. Should an amendment by a client be requested outside the 6 weeks before departure, additional charges might occur added as a supplement.

VI – Liability

We only accept responsibility for ensuring the desert tour, excursions or holiday tour package which you book with us are supplied as described on our web site and the services offered reach a reasonable standard.

VII – Complaints

In the event of any dissatisfaction with our services, the matter MUST be immediately reported to our guides or drivers so that immediate action can be taken to correct the problem. Thereafter the matter must be sent via e-mail, in writing, to our Company within the next 2 weeks.

VIII – Travel Insurance

It is a requirement that you must be insured during your holiday in Morocco. We do not arrange any travel insurance and we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering luggage loss, curtailment, medical emergency, including repatriation, cancellation, and stay interruption. We also recommend that every participant should possess a policy number and emergency phone number of his/her insurance company or at least necessary required information about the company.
