Authentic-Tours-Marrakech.com is website and a trademark property of Infinite Morocco LLC, a fully licensed and bonded tour operator specialized in offering Morocco private tours, travel services and tailor made holidays in Morocco.
Any contract between you as a client and us is subject to these terms and conditions. All reservations can be made by e-mail, phone or fax. Bookings & requests submitted through our website using the 'Booking Enquiry Form" page are not final and definite bookings until we have confirmed availability of the tours from Marrakech, excursions and any listed service at the indicated price.
I- Deposit and final payment:
Payment in full is required only for bookings made 3 weeks or less before the start of your Marrakech tour or excursion. Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal using most of the credit/debit cards, PayPal account or credit/debit card authorization form. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros or Pounds). Credit/Debits cards (Visa & MasterCard) are accepted locally in our office or by authorization form. All the bookings are guaranteed after we receive the deposit receipt.
II- Child policy:
Children aged 2-5 years are free of charge
Children aged 6-12 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents) maximum 1 child per family.
III- Passport, visa and health requirements:
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they meet the requirements to be permitted to enter into Morocco, including passport, visa and health requirements. All travellers to Morocco must hold a passport with 6 months validity beyond the date of return from Morocco, that was since the 1st January 2008 by the Moroccan government. Our Company cannot be held responsible for missed tour or excursion caused by the failure to meet these requirements.
Any cancellation of a booking after an invoice has been raised must be sent in writing to our Company by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellation by the client entails payment of different amounts depending on the date of cancellation.
- Less than 6 weeks: 20% of the total invoice
- Less than 4 weeks: 30% of the total invoice
- Less than 2 weeks: 50% of the total invoice
- Less than 1 week: 80% of the total invoice
- Less than 4 days: 100% of the total invoice
If the balance of the tour or excursion has not been paid and the reservation is subsequently cancelled within the 6 weeks period prior to departure, the client must pay the amount as set out in the above cancellation charges.
V- Amendments of the tours & excursions:
We will make every effort to alter your arrangements but we cannot guarantee this will be possible all the time, especially in high season. Should an amendment by a client be requested outside the 6 weeks before departure date might occur additional charges which we will quote on supplement.
We only accept responsibility for ensuring the, desert tour, excursions or holiday which you book with us are supplied as described on our web site and the services offered reach a reasonable standard.
In the event of any dissatisfaction with our tours or excursions or any other service provided by the Company, the matter MUST be reported immediately to our guides or drivers so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. Thereafter the matter must be sent via e-mail, in writing, to our Company within the next 2 weeks.
VIII- Travel Insurance:
It is a requirement that you must be insured during your holiday in Morocco. We do not arrange any travel insurance and we strongly recommend that all travellers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering against luggage loss, curtailment, medical emergency, including repatriation, cancellation and stay interruption. We also recommend that every participant should possess a policy number and emergency phone number of his/her insurance company or at least necessary required information about the company.
