Steps To Book A Morocco Tour, Camel Trek or Day Trip: |
1. Submit A Booking Request:
After you have chosen the tour or camel trek option that you are interested in booking with us, the next step is for you to fill out a Booking Request Form. This form will provide us with the basic information we need in order to provide you with accurate pricing, confirmation of availability and departure details.
2. Receive A Quote & Details:
Within 12 hours, after we have reviewed the details of your enquiry, you will receive a more detailed response from us. As you may have specific preferences, requirements or special requests we may need to customize your itinerary to match those interests. A revised itinerary will be provided for you reflecting any special requests. At this point we work with you to custom tailor this itinerary for you. To make the process easier, we can schedule a call back, that is to say you select the day and convenient timing and we call you back.
3. Pay A Deposit
When you have agreed on the itinerary, dates and price you pay us a deposit. This deposit is typically 25% of the total price. The remaining balance is due by the first day of your tour. Because of security issues, we do not accept credit card payments in Morocco. You can choose to make payment via bank wire, Major Credit Cards, Moneybookers, Western Union, cash, or online payment via Paypal.

4. Receive A Confirmation:
After we receive payment of deposit, your reservation for touring with us is confirmed. You will receive this confirmation via email and/or written confirmation. Along with this confirmation will be useful packing and travel tips and other information that you may need to know.
We are able to provide you recommendations for possible flight itineraries, Riads & Hotels anywhere in Morocco. In any case, when your airline tickets, Riads or Hotels are booked we request that you please send us your Riad/Hotel name and address for pick up or your flight information (flight number, arrival/departure date and time) if you are to be picked up from an airport.
